In a bowl mix rice flour, maida, chilli powder, dhaniya powder, 1 teaspoon pepper powder, salt and turmeric.

Wash mushrooms.

Make a paste by adding water. Don't make very thin paste.

Coat paste to mushrooms. Rice flour gives crispness and maida helps coating masala. No need to completely cover with maida.

Deep fry in the oil

Heat 2 tablespoon oil in a pan add onions and ginger garlic paste fry until onions turn golden brown

Add soya sauce and tomato sauce saute in high flame.

Add fried mushrooms mix well. If mushrooms look very dry add a little water from the side of the pan and toss well in high flame. Serve hot with tomato sauce.
