Ingredients

  1. 1cabbage chopped
  2. 1fish head
  3. 1.5 tbspcoriander cumin powder
  4. 1 tspred chilli Powder
  5. 1 tspginger garlic paste
  6. 1 tspturmeric powder
  7. 1 tspcumin seed
  8. 1bay leaf
  9. 1 tspgaram masala powder
  10. To tastesalt and sugar
  11. As neededoil

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oil and fry the fish head with salt and turmeric powder and keep aside

  2. 2

    Now add cumin seed bay leaf and red chilli

  3. 3

    Add ginger paste and saute well

  4. 4

    Add chopped cabbage and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

  5. 5

    Now add garlic saute well till the raw smell disappears

  6. 6

    Add cumin coriander powder and mix well

  7. 7

    Now add the fish head and cover till it gets soft

  8. 8

    Add red chilli powder and mix it well
