Ingredients

  • 2Red Apples, Peeled and Cored
  • 1 Tbsp.Desi ghee
  • 1/4 CupSugar
  • 1/4 Tsp.Cardamom Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp.Cinnamon Powder
  • as neededAlmonds for garnishing

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and grate the apples in deep bowl.

  2. 2

    Heat the oil or ghee in a heavy bottom
    pan.

  3. 3

    Add grated apples and cook
    them for 5-7 Minutes or till to soft.

  4. 4

    Add sugar, cardamom and cinnamon powder.
    Cook for 5 Minutes more or till to reduce water.

  5. 5

    Garnish with chopped nuts.
