Steps

Take boiled potatoes and peas mash them. Add all the spices and green chilli, coriander leaves.

Take poha wash with water. Drain whole water. Add with potato mixture. Mix well. Make the round shape for cutlets

Take a bowl put into all purpose flour and water mix well. Take one peice of cutlet dip in maida and water mixture.

Take a kadhai put in oil. Preheat on flame. Take cutlet fry till brown. Serve with sauce.
