  1. 1 cuppalm nuts
  2. Halfcup sugar
  3. Water

  1. 1

    Soak palm nuts for 5hrs to soften, drain water and put in a frying pan, add sugar and water and cook on fire whilst stiring until water thickens, remove from heat and continue stiring till all are coated and appear whitish
