Soak Gobi florets in salt water for 30 mnts and keep aside

Next in a Bowl add maida, cornflour, curds, salt, origano, chilli flakes soya sauce, pepper powder ginger garlic paste and sufficient water

Mix well...then dip Gobi florets in the batter roll on breadcrumbs neatly and deep fry in oil
- 4
Mix red chilli powder, amchur powder and salt sprinkle on fried Gobi and garnish with chopped coriander and eat😊
