Heat 1 tbsp ghee in a pan...fry the almonds and cashews until slightly golden..then add coconut and fry just for a minute

Pour 2 tbsp ghee and fry gond on a medium heat

Next pour 2 tbsps more ghee and heat. Salute wheat flour in this stirring often until it turns golden

Add the fried cashews almonds and gond..or elaichi powder

Mix all them.... then add in jaggery and mix to incorporate the ghee in gond with the ladu mixture

When mixture is hot then roll to balls

And it's ready to eat
