Steps

In a pan boil chopped onions and ginger and garlic for 10 min
Once they are done grind them and form a paste - 2
Grind tomatoes to form purée

In a pressure cooker take just one spoon oil add zeera to it

Now add turmeric powder in that oil so that it gets cooked well and doesn't give raw taste

Add red chilli powder & coriander powder to it

When masalas are roasted add onion & ginger garlic paste to it and cover for 2-3 min so that everything gets blend nicely

Now add tomato purée to it and stir for a while

Add curd and let it roast and form a thick gravy

Add salt to taste now
add soya chaps to this masala and keep stirring for 5-7 minutes - 10
Add 1 glass of water, stir nicely and cover with the lid

Pressure cook it for just two whistles

Open the cooker once it's pressure is released

Garnish with coriander leaves & slit green chillies

Serve hot curry with rotis or paranthas
