Steps

Heat oil in a pan.add ginger garlic paste.saute till pink.add 1tsp chopped onionand green chilli.saute till pink.add crushed peas,salt to taste and1/4th tsp garam masala.keep it aside.let it cool.

In grated paneer,add salt garam masala.mix and keep aside.

In mashed potato,add salt,grm masala and sukha dhaniya.keep aside.

Now take a small ball of peas mixture.wrap it in paneer mixture and thn into potato mixture.

Seal the edges very carefully.

Roll them in milk and thn into bread crumbs.

Deep fry and sprinkle chaat masala on top of it.(optional)

Serve hot with chutneys of your choice!
