Ingredients

  • Potatoes
  • eggs
  • Meat
  • Onions&attaruhu(paste)
  • Oil
  • Garlic
  • Ginger
  • Maggi
  • Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the eggs and potatoes.

  2. 2

    Cut the eggs and potatoes. Arrange the grilled meat, eggs and potatoes on the skewer

  3. 3

    Wash the meat, cut and mix with spices and grill

  4. 4

    In a pan, add little oil, chopped garlic and ginger, and the paste. Add salt and maggi to taste. Saute for 5mins.

  5. 5

    Glaze the proteins on skewers with the paste and bake for 10mins in the oven.
