Ingredients

  • 1medium apple
  • 1clear/soda bottle fizzy drink (35cl)
  • 1/2 cupsugar
  • 4 cupswater
  • 1/8 tspgreen food colour or any colour of choice
  • 2 tspstrawberry flavour
  • 1 tbsplime juice
  • 1medium size lime for garnish
  • Scent/mint leaves for garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    Blend apple and set aside

  2. 2

    On a medium heat, mix sugar,water till dissolve to make sugar syrup, add in strawberry flavour, lime and stir

  3. 3

    Mix food colour with the sugar syrup

  4. 4

    Add in soda/fizzy drink and blended apple to the syrup, divide in cups

  5. 5

    Slice lime in deep in each cup, garnish with scent/mint leaf
