Ingredients

  1. 2 poundsbroccoli
  2. 2 tablespoonsBison Tallow
  3. 1 teaspoonground turmeric
  4. 1 teaspoonkosher salt
  5. 1 teaspoongranulated garlic powder
  6. 1 teaspoononion powder
  7. 1 cupwater

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Heat the Bison Tallow. Sauté the broccoli in the tallow for 12 minutes. Add the broccoli and spices along with the water. Cook covered till tender.

Yes I agree I use a lot of olive oil, real butters, coconut oil. I went off my diet a while back. I really missed the way I felt now I am going back on it. Sometimes it more expensive to be on it, but those carbs really make you feel bad. It is worth the cost to have more energy, less weight problems, and having to take medications. Thank you for your input I am definitely listening!!!
