  1. Pie Pastry
  2. Currants
  3. Sugar
  4. Butter

Steps

  1. 1

    Roll out pie pastry, add currants & about 5 blobs of butter & a little sugar

  2. 2

    Roll it out & prick with a fork

  3. 3

    Turn in the sides & add water to seal the sides

  4. 4

    Cook in the middle of a hot oven for around 10 minutes
