Oats Apple Bites

It is a sugar free recipe . U can have it for instant energy.
Steps

In a pan cook apple pieces with 2 tbsp of water and jaggery powder.cook till it is soft and reduces into a puree. Keep aside.

Dry roast Oats on low to medium heat till it turns light brown.

Grind together raisins and all the nuts into powder. Mix it with oats and apple puree, and form into a dough.if need be add honey.

Take little of the dough and make into bite size balls. Oats Apple Bites are ready to eat.

Store them in airtight container and keep it in fridge for 15- 20 days.
