Steps

Measure all ingredients and keep aside. Heat ghee in deep bottom pan. Add suji into it and start roasting

Keep roasting at low flame for around 8-9 minutes until it gives beautiful aroma

Add crumbled knoya into it

Stir the mixture for 2-3 minutes. Khoya will melt too. Add cardamom powder
- 5
Transfer the mixture to a plate and let it cool
- 6
Now add sugar and raisins into the mixture
- 7
Make laddoos out of the mixture and store it in an airtight container
- 8
