Stuffed Mixed Dal Cheela

Steps

Soak all the lentils in water overnight. Grind with required quantity of water into a batter like consistency.

Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder,
salt to taste and coriander-mint leaves. Mix well and adjust water to form a batter. - 3
Mix onion, tomatoes, green chilies, coriander stems & flaxseeds.

Pour a ladleful of the batter on a greased tawa and spread with
the back of the ladle. - 5
Spread some of the onion mix over it and drizzle a little bit of
oil on it and around the edges. Cook for 4-5 minutes on a low flame. - 6
When done on one side, flip it over and cook the other side too. Sprinkle some idli podi over it.

Serve them hot with green chutney or pickles.
