Ingredients

  1. 8big fat green chillies
  2. 1&1/2 cupsFor filling:- boiled rice
  3. 1/2 tspmustard seeds
  4. 1/2 tspjeera
  5. 1/2 tspsaunf
  6. 1onion chopped
  7. 1/4 tsphaldi powder
  8. 2 tspany Achaari ka masala
  9. 1tomato chopped
  10. to tasteSalt
  11. 1 tsptomato ketchup
  12. 2 tbsp For coating:- flour
  13. 4 tbspsuji
  14. 1/4 tspgarlic paste
  15. to tasteSalt

Steps

15minutes
  1. 1

    Slit the chillies and remove the seeds.

  2. 2

    Pour vinegar on them and sprinkle 1/4 TSP salt on them. Mix keep aside.

  3. 3

    In a pan heat oil and add mustard, jeera, saunf and chopped onion and saute.

  4. 4

    Then add boiled rice, Sam ke Sachar ka masala salt, haldi powder, chopped tomatoes and tomato ketchup.

  5. 5

    Mix well and stuff each mirchi with the filling. Fill as much as the mirch can take.

  6. 6

    Mix ingredients of coating in a plate. Roll over the coating mirch.

  7. 7

    Heat oil in a pan add stuffed chillies and cook for low flame till all sides are crispy.

  8. 8

    Serve hot with paratha, and rice.
