Slit the chillies and remove the seeds.

Pour vinegar on them and sprinkle 1/4 TSP salt on them. Mix keep aside.

In a pan heat oil and add mustard, jeera, saunf and chopped onion and saute.

Then add boiled rice, Sam ke Sachar ka masala salt, haldi powder, chopped tomatoes and tomato ketchup.

Mix well and stuff each mirchi with the filling. Fill as much as the mirch can take.

Mix ingredients of coating in a plate. Roll over the coating mirch.

Heat oil in a pan add stuffed chillies and cook for low flame till all sides are crispy.

Serve hot with paratha, and rice.
