Ingredients

  • 1 cupWheat flour
  • 2 tbspFry gund
  • tspDry coconut powder,2
  • 2 tbspKhoya
  • 1/2 cupgrated gud (gagery)
  • 1/2 tspdry ginger powder
  • 2 tspcaster sugar
  • 1/4 tspmethi powder (fregraunk seed powder)
  • 1 cupghee

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat ghee add wheat flour on medium temperature in microwave

  2. 2

    Cook still looking pinkish

  3. 3

    Grate khoya & rost with ghee in medium temperature

  4. 4

    Heat ghee & fry gund take micro proof bowl add Gund & rost

  5. 5

    Now when rost flour add all ingredients one by one

  6. 6

    Grease plate spread this better
