Ingredients

  • 2 cupsself raising flour
  • 1egg
  • 2tspn vanilla essence
  • 4 tablespoonsugar
  • 1and half cup milk
  • Cooking oil

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl add flour,sugar and vanilla essence and mix.

  2. 2

    Add the egg and mix.Add milk slowly until it forms batter.

  3. 3

    In a frying pan add some oil and fry the pancakes under low heat until ready.Serve while hot.
