Steps

Take a bowl add flour,Ajwain and 1/2 cup ghee now rub the dry flour.add water Knead the semi tight dough.

Take a kadhai add oil ginger,chilli salt and all spices and boiled potatoes and mix it and cook it 5 min.and cool it completely.

Take a small dough ball and roll it oval shape and make the samosa shape and fill the mixture and cover it..and fry it low to medium flame..now ready..hot hot samosa 😋
