Put ur pot on fire to heat add ur vegetable oil allow to heat add ur slice onions, stir and add ur sliced tomatoes and pepper allow to fry then add ur crayfish maggi salt stir and add ur already washed vegetable cover to steam for 2min.

Add ur already cooked fish stir and bring down.

Serve with ur white rice
