Ingredients

  1. 1 cupfinely chopped cabbage, capsicum and cauliflower
  2. 1/4 cupGrated carrot
  3. to tasteSalt
  4. 1/2 tspgaram masala
  5. 1/2 tspgreen chilli and ginger garlic paste
  6. 1 tspOil
  7. 1/2 tspcumin and carom seeds
  8. 2 cupwheat flour
  9. to tasteSalt
  10. Water to knead the dough
  11. Ghee/oil to cook paratha

Steps

  1. 1

    Prepare the dough using wheat flour salt and water. The dough should be soft.

  2. 2

    In a kadhai, take oil, add cumin and carom seeds. Add green chilli and ginger garlic paste. Add all the veggies, garam masala, salt and mix well. Cover cook for 15-20mins.

  3. 3

    Take a small portion of dough and roll it. Put little stuffing in center and cover it. Roll it again and prepare paratha using ghee/oil.

  4. 4

    Serve hot with pickle.
