Prepare the dough using wheat flour salt and water. The dough should be soft.

In a kadhai, take oil, add cumin and carom seeds. Add green chilli and ginger garlic paste. Add all the veggies, garam masala, salt and mix well. Cover cook for 15-20mins.

Take a small portion of dough and roll it. Put little stuffing in center and cover it. Roll it again and prepare paratha using ghee/oil.

Serve hot with pickle.
