Ingredients

  • 1 kgRefined see flour
  • 250 gm for moyanRefined oil or ghee
  • 200 gmCurd
  • 1 tspBaking soda
  • 1/4 tsp optionalSalt
  • 1 kgSugar
  • Oil or ghee for frying
  • Water as per requirement
  • Chopped dry fruits optional for decoration

Steps

  1. 1

    Sieve the flour and baking soda. Now add oil or ghee for moyan mix it becomes crumbled then add salt and curd mix it together and add water for Knead.make a soft dough.

  2. 2

    Rest the dough for 20 minutes and then make tennis ball sized ball from this dough.

  3. 3

    Shape it with the help of palm and your thumb.fry all in warm oil at slow flame till it turns Golden in colour..

  4. 4

    Now in another big and broad utensil make sugar syrup.(2 threads).

  5. 5

    Put fried balls in sugar syrup.left for at least 1 hour,take out garnish and serve.
