4 people
  1. Fresh tomato
  2. Garlic and cilantro
  3. 1chicken breast
  4. 1red bell pepper
  5. 1green bell pepper
  6. 1onion
  7. Food coloring
  8. Peas and green beans to taste

Cooking Instructions

60 min
  1. 1

Start by adding the garlic to the hot oil, let it sit for just a few seconds without burning, and add the finely chopped onion, letting it cook until it softens.

  2. 2

Once fried, add the chopped peppers, let them fry, and then add the chicken cut into cubes, seasoned with salt and pepper if desired, and let everything cook.

  3. 3

Next, add the cilantro and grated fresh tomato.

  4. 4

When it starts to boil, add the food coloring.

  5. 5

After this time, optionally add piquillo peppers and lemon on top to decorate the paella.

  6. 6

Finally, add the green beans and peas with the chicken bouillon cube, also adding the water with salt (about 6 1/3 cups of water), and let it boil for about 15 minutes.
