I wash the cow offal and beef thoroughly and cooked with knorr cube, salt and onion, I allowed it to cook until it soften.

Then blend the crayfish and fresh pepper, and add it to the already cooked meat, add your oil, cover the pot and allow it to boil.

Then add your smoked fish and okro, leaving the pot open(reason so as not to over cook) after 3 minutes add your ugu leaf and salt to taste and turn off your cooker. Then your vegetable okro is ready, you can serve with any swallow of your choice.
