Tangy and spicy Colocasia(Arbi)

First peel boiled colocasia and fry in hot oil until golden brown.

In a blender jar add tomatoes and green chilli and blend them to make puree, keep aside.

After cooling colocasia, press little between your palm.

Now heat pan with 2 tbsp oil, add carom seeds, then add tomato puree,stir well, add all spices, stir and cook for 2 -3 mins.add colocasia stir until well combined with masala, cook for a another min,add chopped fresh coriander and serve with roti or chapati.
