Ingredients

35 minutes
4 servings
  1. 500 gchicken (medium pieces)
  2. 100 gtill (seasame) paste
  3. 50 gbadam (nut) paste
  4. 1 tablespoongarlic paste
  5. 1/2 tablespoonginger paste
  6. 1 tea spoonturmeric powder
  7. 1 tea spoonred chilli powder
  8. 1 tablespoonwhole garam masala
  9. 1medium sized onion chopped
  10. To tastesalt and sugar
  11. 1/2 cupcurd
  12. as neededWhite oil
  13. as neededWater

Steps

35 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash chicken pieces very well. Put chicken in a bowl add curd, salt and red chilli powder set aside. Put all the pastes in a bowl add some water and mix well.

    Heat oil in a kadai put in whole garam masala and chopped onions, stir till golden brown then add masala paste, turmeric powder and mix.

    Cook the marinated chicken for 20 minutes
