Always wanted to try out a cola cake. If the drink is yummy then it should taste good in cake. It turned out very moist and so tasty! What do you think?

Steps
- 1
Turn the oven to 180 degrees. Put the sugar in a bowl and sift the flour, salt and baking soda together. Set aside.
- 2
Lightly beat the eggs. Set aside.
- 3
Place a medium saucepan on the stove and heat on medium. Mix the coke, margarine or butter and cocoa.
- 4
Add the oil and bring to boil. Add the marshmallows.
- 5
Stir until melted. Cool slightly. I filled a large bowl with water and held the saucepan there for a few minutes. Be careful not to burn your bowl!
- 6
Pour cocoa mixture over dry flour mixture. Blend in buttermilk and eggs.....
- 7
And vanilla. Do not use a mixer. Stir until mixed. Put into greased and floured baking pan of you choice. I used two nine inch pans. Bake for 23 minutes. Cake comes out very moist. Decorate as desired!
