Ingredients

125 gmsWhole wheat Atta
125 gmsAngoori (Sprouted wheat powder)
200 gmscurd
2 kgMilk
600 gmssugar
2 tablespoonsghee

Steps

First Mix Atta, Angoori, milk and curd
2

Now keep this mixture in gas and cook on medium flame.

Cook this mixture on low flame about 2 hours.

When little milk is left in wok add sugar and cook it till it becomes dry
5

Add ghee and cook on high flame for 5-7 minutes

what will be the quantity of angoori and flour for 5 ltr milk and 10 ltr milk
