Ingredients

  • 125 gmsWhole wheat Atta
  • 125 gmsAngoori (Sprouted wheat powder)
  • 200 gmscurd
  • 2 kgMilk
  • 600 gmssugar
  • 2 tablespoonsghee

Steps

  1. 1

    First Mix Atta, Angoori, milk and curd

  2. 2

    Now keep this mixture in gas and cook on medium flame.

  3. 3

    Cook this mixture on low flame about 2 hours.

  4. 4

    When little milk is left in wok add sugar and cook it till it becomes dry

  5. 5

    Add ghee and cook on high flame for 5-7 minutes
