Heat oil and temper cumin seed bay leaf and red chilli

Add potato and saute well

Add cauliflower florets and saute well

Add salt and turmeric powder and cover

Now add ginger paste and cumin powder and saute

Add red chilli Powder and tomato saute well

Add peas mix well and simmer pouring water

As it is cooked well add sugar mix and serve with a garnish of coriander powder
