Dry roast the peanuts and let it cool, once cool rub the peanuts with hand and remove the outer skin and split

Melt sugar by adding water,when starts boiling add lime juice to remove the dirt

Boil till you get 2 string consistency,now add the peanuts and mix well

Switch off the gas and grease a plate with ghee and put the ground nut sugar mixture and spread evenly
- 5
Let it cool and store in a airtight container
