Ingredients

4 people
  1. 2 cup-Rice
  2. 1 tbsp-Oil
  3. 1 tsp- Turmeric powder
  4. 1 cup-Onion
  5. 1/2 Cup- Tomatoes
  6. 1/2 cup- capsicum
  7. 1 cup- Green peas
  8. 1 tsp- green chilli
  9. 2 tsp-Salt
  10. 2 tsp- Sugar
  11. 1 cup-Green Onion
  12. 1/2 cup- Beans
  13. 1/2 Cup- Carrot
  14. 1 tsp- chopped ginger garlic
  15. 1 tsp-Cumin seeds
  16. 1 tsp-Cumin & Corinder leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan add oil heat it next add jeera, chopped ginger garlic, green chilli,onion,cupsicum,green peas,carrot,tomatoes, Beans mix it & well.

    Next step add turmeric powder, -Cumin & Corinder powder,salt, Sugar mix all add rice mix it and well cook nicely.
