Ingredients

2 as a side
  1. 1/4-1/2 teaspoonoil eg olive or grapeseed
  2. 1shallot, peeled and finely chopped
  3. 2 cmchunk of ginger, peeled and grated
  4. 100-150 gsugar snap peas
  5. Garnish with
  6. Drizzle of toasted sesame oil
  7. Sesame seeds, toasted if you like

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pan of boiling water, add the sugar snaps. Cook for 2 mins and then drain.

    In another pan, heat the oil. Add the shallot and ginger and sauté until softened - about 2-3 mins.

    Add the sugar snaps to the shallot mix. Sauté for 2 mins.

    Serve with a drizzle of sesame oil and a sprinkle of sesame seeds 😋
