Ingredients

  1. 1/3 cupcranberries, fresh or frozen (thaw before using if frozen)
  2. 1 tbspextra virgin olive oil
  3. 1/2 tbspbalsamic vinegar
  4. 1 tspfresh rosemary, chopped
  5. 1 tspchopped fresh sage
  6. 1-2 tbspwater
  7. 1/2 tbspmaple syrup
  8. Generous pinch of salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat half of the oil in a pan. Add the shallots and sauté til soft.

    Add the cranberries and sauté til softened - about 5 mins. They start to pop because they have tiny airpockets inside.

    Let the cranberries cool down a bit. Then add everything to a blender and blend til smooth.

    Enjoy on your dish of choice 😋
