Soft and Moist Amazing Vanilla Cupcakes

Preheat the oven on 175-180 fan and put the cupcake cases in the tin.

In a large bowl mix with a mixer or hand mixer the sugar vegetable oil eggs and vanilla until light in colour

Then mix in the sour cream and beat until well combined. On a high speed.

Add half the flour with the baking powder and salt and mix on a low speed pouring in the milk. Add the remaining flour mixing on a low speed until all is incorporated.

Depending what size muffin cupcake or the tiny cases you use. Use the size that is similar in the ice cream scoop I used the large for the muffin/cupcake and smallest for the tiny ones. Only till up to 2/3 full. Bake for 10-15 mins or until the cupcake springs back up when touching.

And decorate how you want icing butter icing chocolate etc
