Ingredients

  • 2 CupMaida
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 1/2 cupfresh cream (malai)
  • 4/5cardamom powder
  • Oil for frying

    Mix maida and cream nicely and add sugar add cardamom powder

  2. 2

    Now make a dough with milk

  3. 3

    Make mathri with this dough and deep fry in slow flame
