Ingredients

Kadai paneer masala
  1. Coriender seeds 1.5 tap rr 4 dry red chilli
  2. For gravy
  3. 8cashew paste
  4. 2large onion
  5. 2large tomato
  6. 1 tspginger garlic paste
  7. red chilli powder (kashmiri laal mirch)
  8. 1 tspgaram masala
  9. 1/2 tspkasuri methi
  10. Salt as needeed
  11. Other ingredient for kdhai paneer
  12. 1large inion into pieces
  13. 1capsicum
  14. 250 grampaneer
  15. 2 tspcorinder leaves

Steps

    How to make kdai paneer

  2. 2

    Add oil and heat up the pan saute garlic ginger paste.

  3. 3

    Now tansfer corinder or chilli paste.

  4. 4

    Add tomato or onion paste saute for 2 minutes.

  5. 5

    Add garam masala or kashmiri laal mirch powder saute it for minutes

  6. 6

    Add 1/2 cup of water and salt allow it to boil until gravy turn thick

  7. 7

    Then add kauri methi stir well again

  8. 8

    Add capsicum, paneer and onion stir it well switch of the stove.

  9. 9

    Add corinder leaves

  10. 10

    Cover it for 2min.

  11. 11

    Transfer to a serving bowl

  12. 12

    Enjoy kadai paneer with roti or naan.
