In pot add hot water, then the omena, let it boil for 10 minutes. Drain the water and set aside

In a different pot, add oil and onions. Stir and let then cook until they're brownish in color. Add tomatoes and capsicum. Cover and let them cook to a nice thick paste.

Add the cooked omena, add salt, stir and mix. Let it cook for 3-4 minutes. Add the coriander leaves.

Serve with greens and ugali. Enjoy
