Ingredients

5 servings
  1. 250 gramCurd
  2. 150 gramBesan
  3. 1/2 tspCarom Seeds(Ajwain)
  4. 200 gramRefined oil
  5. 1 tsp.Salt
  6. 1/2 tsp.Coriander(Dhaniya) powder
  7. 1 tsp.Cumin seeds(Jeera) powder
  8. 1/2 tsp.Red Chilli powder
  9. 2 tbsp.Powdered Sugar

Steps

  1. 1

    First of all mix Besan with the help of water and half of Spices and make a medium mixture.

  2. 2

    Keep deep pan with oil in it on high flame gas when it becomes hot then put 1 tsp.of that mixture in it until all space is occupied.

  3. 3

    When they are fried then take them out and soak them in a bowl of water to make them soft. Then strain water in strainer after 5-10 minutes.

    Keep them aside.

  5. 5

    Now take out Curd, whisk it and mix sugar in it with little salt and put all fried Besan fulki in it

  6. 6

    Garnish it with rest of other Spices and DAHI PHULKI is ready to serve.
