Steps

First of all mix Besan with the help of water and half of Spices and make a medium mixture.

Keep deep pan with oil in it on high flame gas when it becomes hot then put 1 tsp.of that mixture in it until all space is occupied.

When they are fried then take them out and soak them in a bowl of water to make them soft. Then strain water in strainer after 5-10 minutes.

Keep them aside.

Now take out Curd, whisk it and mix sugar in it with little salt and put all fried Besan fulki in it
- 6
Garnish it with rest of other Spices and DAHI PHULKI is ready to serve.
