Heat a pan and add sesame seeds in it. The pan should not be too hot but on a low heat

The sesame seeds pop up and change colour on low flame after 4-5 minutes

Remove and keep aside in a plate

In the same pan heat ghee add grated jaggery and 2 spoon water at low flame

After it starts bubbling

Off the gas now mix the sesame seeds and cardamom powder in the jaggery solution

Now deep hand in cold water and make ladoo in round shape
