Take a moong dal washed and soaked at 5 hours.

After 5 hours coarsely grind dal.

Take a dal batter add onion,green chilli and all dry masala,coriander mix add hing mix and rest for 10 minutes.

Take a wok add oil then oil heat. Then make a fritter fry.

Then half fry done.Press in flat surface.

Then fry fritter in golden colour.

Then platting add fritters sprinkle chat masala and pour three type of ketchup.
