Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlmoong dal
  2. 5onion sliced
  3. 2green chilli chopped
  4. as taste salt
  5. 2 pinchturmeric
  6. 2 pinchhing
  7. 1/3 tspred chilli powder
  8. 2 tspgreen coriander
  9. as taste chat masala
  10. 1/4 tspdry coriander crushed
  11. oil for deep frying
  12. as taste tomato ketchup
  13. as taste red chilli garlic sweet ketchup
  14. as taste tamarind ketchup

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a moong dal washed and soaked at 5 hours.

  2. 2

    After 5 hours coarsely grind dal.

  3. 3

    Take a dal batter add onion,green chilli and all dry masala,coriander mix add hing mix and rest for 10 minutes.

  4. 4

    Take a wok add oil then oil heat. Then make a fritter fry.

    Then half fry done.Press in flat surface.

    Then fry fritter in golden colour.

    Then platting add fritters sprinkle chat masala and pour three type of ketchup.
