  1. Some Osuga
  2. 1little spinach
  3. Onions
  4. 2tomatoes
  5. 250 mlmilk
  6. 1 pinchsalt

  1. 1

    Wash the Osuga and spinach then cut

  2. 2

    Boiled them for 35mins

  3. 3

    Drain water then fry them using cooking, onions and tomatoes

  4. 4

    Mix and add milk then salt

  5. 5

    Cook for extra5mins. Then serve with Ugali
