Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 1/4kgs meat
  2. Irish potatoes
  3. 1large onion
  4. 3tomatoes
  5. 3garlic cloves and ginger
  6. Dhania
  7. leafRosemary
  8. to tasteOil and salt
  9. Soy sauce
  10. Carrots

Steps

  1. 1

    Bring to boil the peeled potatoes. In a separate Sufuria boil the meat till a little tender.

    Placed the boiled potatoes and carrots on your baking pan

    Add chopped onions and hoho

    Add tomatoes then sprinkle salt on top followed by soy sauce

    Add dhanias and rosemary on top then sprinkle some oil on top

    Place it in the oven and bake with lower oven for 30mins under low heat. Turn off lower oven then bake with upper for 10 mins.

    I served with a glass of juice. Enjoy.
