Mix well all purpose flour, ghee now add water and knead dough for chapati.

In a pan roast mava for 5-7 minutes at slow flame. Remove on plate and let it cool completely.

In same pan add 1tbsp ghee add besan roast till it change colour, remove on plate and let it cool completely

In same pan roast apple till water dry,let it cool completely.

In a mixing bowl add roasted mava, besan,apple mix well now refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Add almond,Buru and apple essence into khoya mixture and mix well,divide into 10 equal part.

Take a ball of dough and roll into a very thin chapati.Put stuffing on chapati and cover it from all sides remove access dough now set round shape. Similarly assemble remaining ghari

Frying Ghari
Heat ghee in pan, take one or two ghari on frying spoon, take tablespoon and pour hot ghee on ghari, fry all ghari now cool ghari completely. - 9
Pour Jamkhambalia ghee to Ghari and set for 10 minutes.
