Ingredients

  1. 50 gmsbesan (chickpea flour)
  2. 1 tbspghee (to roast besan
  3. ForStuffing:
  4. 2apples grated
  5. 250 gmskhoya
  6. 150 gmsburu(sugar flour)
  7. 1-2 dropapple essence
  8. 50 gmsalmonds (chopped)
  9. ForUpper layer:
  10. 100 gmsAll purpose flour
  11. 1 tbspghee
  12. As requiredWater to knead dough
  13. As required ghee/oil to fry
  14. 100 gmsjamkhambalia ghee to coat ghari

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix well all purpose flour, ghee now add water and knead dough for chapati.

  2. 2

    In a pan roast mava for 5-7 minutes at slow flame. Remove on plate and let it cool completely.

  3. 3

    In same pan add 1tbsp ghee add besan roast till it change colour, remove on plate and let it cool completely

  4. 4

    In same pan roast apple till water dry,let it cool completely.

  5. 5

    In a mixing bowl add roasted mava, besan,apple mix well now refrigerate for 30 minutes.

  6. 6

    Add almond,Buru and apple essence into khoya mixture and mix well,divide into 10 equal part.

  7. 7

    Take a ball of dough and roll into a very thin chapati.Put stuffing on chapati and cover it from all sides remove access dough now set round shape. Similarly assemble remaining ghari

  8. 8

    Frying Ghari
    Heat ghee in pan, take one or two ghari on frying spoon, take tablespoon and pour hot ghee on ghari, fry all ghari now cool ghari completely.

  9. 9

    Pour Jamkhambalia ghee to Ghari and set for 10 minutes.
