Steps

Wash amlas & boil in pressure cooker (3 whistles).

Remove seeds from amlas, mash and make a paste.

Mix crushed jaggery, crushed carom & cumin seeds,black salt,hing, salt in amla paste.

Make small balls of amla paste.
- 5
Put in sunlight for a day.
- 6
Give finishing touch to half dried small balls by rolling in powdered sugar
- 7
Let them dry in room.
