Wash your plantain, cut into half and place in to a pot with medium amount of water. Cook for 15 minutes

For the vegetable sauce : wash and grate your onions, garlic, nd pepper

Wash, plug nd cut your spinach, add in hot water and drain, then set aside
- 4
Heat up your Palm oil, pour your grated veg and fry, add your salt and seasonings, add your washed dry fish,cooked meat and kpomo and allow to simmer on medium heat, then add in your spinach, allow to simmerfor few minutes.

Your sauce is ready to be served with your boiled plantain 😋
