2onion chopped
1potato chopped
1tomato finely chopped
1/4 bowlpeas
To tastesalt
To tastered chilli powder
1/2 tspturmeric powder
1 tspmustard seeds
As neededoil

Take a pan heat the oil

Add mustard seeds and saute it

Add all veggies and saute it
4

Add all spices and mix well

Now wash the poha and add in it

Mix well and cook it
