Steps

In a clean pot/wok add your diced vegetables and stirfry with one Tablespoon of vegetable oil or any other oil of your choice

Stir for about 3minutes,and add in your seasoning and your shrimp

In a separate bowl,mix about a a tablespoon of corn flour with a little water
- 4
Pour the content into your stirfried shrimps and vegetables
- 5
Add one cup of water,curry and allow to cook for about five minutes
- 6
Serve Hot
