Ingredients

20 miniutes
  • 4onions sliced thin
  • 1 cupoil or ghee

Steps

20 miniutes
  1. 1

    Heat a pan.

  2. 2

    Put ghee or oil.

  3. 3

    Start it 1 miniute in the high flame,then reduce it medium flame.

  4. 4

    Put sliced onion in it.

  5. 5

    Fry it in medium flame.

  6. 6

    Stir it continuously,so that it doesn't burn.

  7. 7

    After 5 miniutes it will change it's colour.

  8. 8

    After 2 miniutes it will turn light brown at this time off the flame of gas.Stir it continuesly for 1 min again.

  9. 9

    This time it will change it's colour completely.

  10. 10

    Remove it from the oil,or ghee.

  11. 11

    Keep it a side,let it cool.

  12. 12

    It can be store 1 week in fridge.

  13. 13

    Make it's paste,or fried slice can be stored.

  14. 14

    Use it when needed.
